Order Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

Each of our pieces is handmade with care, crafted to order, and often customized based on your preferences. Because of this, we can only accommodate order cancellations within a limited timeframe.

2. Cancellation Window

  • Within 24 hours of placing your order:
    You may cancel your order for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours:
    As production may have already begun, cancellations will not be accepted. However, you can contact us to discuss possible changes to your order (subject to feasibility).

3. Custom or Personalized Orders

Custom and personalized embroidery items are non-cancellable once work has begun. This includes:

  • Custom designs

  • Monogrammed or name-embroidered items

  • Made-to-measure clothing

We encourage you to review all order details carefully before confirming your purchase.

4. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation:

  • Email us at [manager@sanaanddaud.com]

  • Include your order number and the reason for cancellation

  • If eligible, we will confirm your cancellation and process your refund within 5–7 business days

5. Late or Non-Cancellable Orders

Once production or shipping has started, the order cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy (if applicable).

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of:

  • Payment issues or suspected fraud

  • Unavailability of materials

  • Unforeseen production constraints
    If this occurs, customers will receive a full refund.
