1. How can I place an order?

Simply browse our website, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout.
You can choose your preferred payment method (Cash on Delivery or Online Payment) before confirming your order.


2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan for your convenience.
Please ensure that you have the exact amount at the time of delivery.


3. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Bank transfer or online payment (where available)

  • Card payments

4. How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 3–10 business days, depending on your city and courier availability.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.


5. What are your shipping charges?

  • A standard shipping fee applies to all orders below PKR [200].

  • Orders above PKR [20000] may qualify for free delivery.
    Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.


6. Do you deliver all over Pakistan?

Yes, we deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan through trusted courier services.


7. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, you can return or exchange items within 7days of receiving your order, as long as they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

8. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

We’re very sorry if this happens! Please contact us immediately at refund@sanaanddaud.com with your order details and pictures of the item.
We’ll resolve the issue as soon as possible.


9. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
You can use this number to track your parcel on the courier’s website.


10. Do you offer international shipping?
