Every piece in our collection is meticulously handcrafted by skilled artisans. Because each garment is made especially for you, please allow a total processing and delivery timeframe of 20 days:

• Order Crafting & Production: 7 Days(Our artisans spend 7 days hand-stitching, inspecting, and perfecting your order.)
• Worldwide Delivery from Pakistan: 13 Days(Once crafted, your package is dispatched directly from Pakistan to your doorstep via reliable international courier.)

Note: Once your order is handcrafted and dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

3-Day Refund Window

Because each item is custom made to order, we offer a 3-day (72-hour) full refund window from the exact time you place your order.

• Within 3 Days: You can cancel your order for a 100% full refund—no questions asked.
• After 3 Days: Handcrafting and custom artisan work begins on Day 4. Once production starts, we cannot accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges, as materials and labor are dedicated exclusively to your piece.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that your handcrafted garment arrives damaged or incorrect from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and our team will resolve it promptly.

Returns for Catalogue Sizes Only

Because our garments are handcrafted, return eligibility depends on the size ordered:

• Catalogue Sizes (Standard Sizes - S, M, L, XL): Eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.
• Custom / Made-to-Measure Sizes: Non-returnable and non-refundable, as these pieces are tailored specifically to your unique measurements.
